Thursday is a great day

We recently started the tradition of meeting some of Calvin's preschool friends (all boys) at the park on Thursdays. It is great. It gives the boys a chance to run around and get out some of their energy out. They can say silly things and laugh and be kids without tormenting their little sisters. All of these boys have sisters in the 2-3 year old range so it is also great for the girls to play as well. We mothers enjoy a chance to visit while the kids run around and it has also been fun for me to share parenting struggles, advice, triumphs, and ideas and see how other mom's handle their 5 year old boys.
