We are so excited to meet our new nephew/cousin, Parker. He is just too cute. We love jesssica too! and all the liebers...and Emma!

alexey really wanted to hold Parker but it wasn't very comfortable for him!
While we were out cooing w/ the babe and attending a baptism of a friend, dave was home hard at work painting. He finished the living room and taped all along the ceiling while we were gone for just 4 hours. I was very impressed. our house has super high vaulted ceilings and I though for sure it would be impossible to do, but he did it.
here is one of the highest spots in the house...all taped up.

Our paint color is a brownish (on the left). You can see a small strip of the yellowish we are replacing, next to a white primer.
We still have a lot of work to go (about 10 more gallons of paint to use up) but we are well underway!

painting is such a pain, but looks so nice when it is done with. that is fun to have another cousin join the family....make you baby hungry!?!? haha! i still can't beleive we're having another, this summer is going to be nuts.
