The kids have had fun playing together at home. We've had a few beach trips and pool trips. We like to swim w/ friends at swim clubs and community pools until ours gets warm. Last week the kids went out to "help" dave w/ some yard work in the back and decided to test out our pool. They didn't have swim suits so instead they swam in birthday suits! This happens at least once or twice a year.

Clare likes the water too but is very careful still.

Alexey has really bad rashes on her skin and can't really get in the water or it hurts her a lot. We are trying to figure out if it is allegries, excema or someother skin issue.
Some other summer things we're doing.
-art classes for Calvin and Clare every other wed.
- book club for the kids. Read little house on the prarie book 1 and next up is Mr. Poppers Penguins. we are hosting that one.
- it is great to have Pete and Jessica in town.
-scott and lance are coming soon.
- lots of fun mutual activites
-girls camp at coronado beach.
-free movies at the big theatre.
-every other Monday FHE at the beach.
-went to bakersfield to see the cousins

You are such a fun family! I love that you go to the beach so often - way to take advantage of living in SD! By the way - both my kids had rashes that turned out to be eczema and I used hydrocortisone cream and eucerin and it cleared up quickly. Just FYI :)
your backyard looks amazing! You sure have some swimmers!
